World Conference on Open Learning starts its activities under the slogan (Open
Education: Role - Challenges - aspirations), organized by the Arab Open
University in collaboration with ReDSOFT, the conference activities will be continued
during the period from 25 to 27 November 2013 at the headquarters of the Arab
Fund for economic and Social Development in Kuwait.
