| In The conclusion of the activities of the World Conference on information and communication technology in the service of people with disabilities and learning ,difficulties disabilities and learning difficulties presented by Mr. Chairman of the Scientific Committee Doctor Essa Jassim initial recommendations of the Conference, which provides as follows: 1. The need for the development and activation and recruitment of various applications of information technology in the development of telecommunications services, educational and rehabilitation and training for all categories of people with disabilities and learning difficulties in schools, public and private education centers and various educational institutions. 2. The need for rehabilitation and training of national cadres specialized to provide the best diagnostic and treatment services and education for all categories of people with disabilities and learning difficulties. 3. Importance of directing institutions, universities and institutes of higher education in the provision of specialized programs to produce better qualified graduates to support these groups 4. The importance of activating the role of various media and using them to increase the level of community awareness in the recruitment of IT Communication for people with disabilities and learning difficulties and raise the level of services provided to them. 5. Work to unify the efforts and energies of various achieving the principle of cooperation and integration among the different institutions relevant at the national, regional and global levels. 6. Improved methods and tools for diagnosis treatment programs to achieve the full quality of the service categories of people with disabilities and learning difficulties. 7. Support the efforts of the regional center for the development of educational software to work on the configuration of an Arab network for the integration of efforts in the areas of information technology and communications directed to make the most of them in the development and production of software and applications of modern technology and adapted to serve groups of people with disabilities and learning difficulties. 8. Encourage attempts and successful experiences for discerning people with disabilities and learning difficulties and to highlight their defiance in the face of difficulties and the ability to solve problems and achieve success at all levels to be a beacon to others. 9. The need to develop standards and rules and regulations to work in the field of software development related to the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, education, and emphasize the importance of establishing the laws governing the licensing of doing business related to the diagnosis and treatment of these categories. 10. The need for the regional center for the development of educational software to work on the continuity of this conference on a regular basis with the participation of all parties and the centers of the relationship, with the development of courses and programs, workshops and meetings in this specialized field. |
