success of e-Learning projects depends on the design and
implementation of effective strategies aimed for
preparing an innovative and creative generation able to
deal with diverse sources of knowledge and the use
of advanced technology in scientific and career life.
The successful
and effective implementation for such a strategic
choice must be through policies and strategies used the
information technology and communications at the heart
of the educational process.
The
application of e-Learning strategies also requires a radical
change in the environment and teaching
methods and requires tremendous effort and tremendous
resources, which make challenge to effective implementation.
